About The Position

MacMore is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced Training and Adoption Specialist for a pending contract award at the Farm Credit Administration. This role is located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, Virginia.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience (education may not be substituted for experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an eDiscovery Training Specialist.
• Lead training strategy for eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing for eDiscovery tools and platforms.
• Experience working with both legal and technical teams.
• Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards.
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience with data governance, retention, and data systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools.
• Experience with legal hold, preservation, and data collection best practices.
• Experience in information security, access control, and auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform support activities according to the requirements of the SOW.
• Curriculum creation for eDiscovery program development.
• User enablement, tool adoption, and change management.
• Creating and maintaining job aids for stakeholders.
• Partnering with attorneys and litigation support to design workflows and provide hands-on support.
