The Training Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including course enrollment, registration, rosters, and credits; maintaining the training calendar; and providing administrative support to the training department. Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
- Experience with managing training programs and resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Adobe Suite

Responsibilities
- Manage course enrollment, registration, rosters, and credits
- Maintain training calendar
- Communicate need for updated training material to responsible parties (Training Administrative Manager or Manager of Technical Training)
- Oversee the California Worker Safety Training Program to include the calendar, scheduling trainers, creating and shipping training packets, organizing training rosters and other required documentation.
- Print out training materials
- Maintain supply of training department documents
- Maintains Target Trak
- Provide logistics and administrative support and day to day support
- Other training administrative duties as required
