About The Position

Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff members and managers’ within the department. The employee hired for this position will assist in engaging third-party appraisals and ensuring efficient and timely information flow and report distribution. Communication skills and professionalism are essential. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years’ of related administrative work experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to interface effectively and professionally with senior level management
  • Ability to multi-task several projects at once
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and coordinate schedules, travel and meetings.
  • Set up and maintain electronic filing system.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Interface effectively and professionally with all members of the department.
  • Reserve conference rooms and order food or refreshments if necessary.
  • Coordinate and send out meeting invitations electronically.
  • Coordinate office space for visitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned (e.g. copying, office supply orders).
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
