About The Position

The Training & Access Coordinator ensures that UVM Health staff have appropriate and timely access to analytics dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting tools, and that they are equipped to use these tools effectively. This role manages the provisioning of Power BI dashboard access in close partnership with IT and Compliance, and delivers training programs on Epic self-service reporting tools including SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, and Radar.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Education, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics support, or a training and education role.
  • Experience with access provisioning processes in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs for non-technical users.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epic self-service tools (SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar).
  • Experience working in agile product delivery.
