About The Position

The Trainer conducts safety and forklift training and continually improves classroom orientation programs. The role ensures that new Team Member documentation is completed promptly and submitted to the appropriate file, delivers annual training for plant employees, and provides on-the-job training. The Trainer also assesses whether interpreters are needed in departments to support clear communication and coordinates interpreter assistance. The role helps acclimate new Team Members to the facility and supports them through the qualification process. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Standard computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Comfort presenting material to large groups.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility.
Previous training or production experience.
