About The Position

This role requires a Trainer with significant experience in planning and managing training development for large programs. The responsibilities include instructional design, developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars, as well as creating online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and technical materials. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. A Master's Degree can substitute for two years of experience, and additional experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Requirements

• Five (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs
• Five (10) years of experience performing Instructional Design
• Five (10) years of experience developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
• Five (10) years of experience developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent
• SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community
• 3 Years -Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature
• 5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
• SIGINT and C++ experience
• Cleared Contingent (CCA) or Full Scope Poly Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• Ability to travel
