About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Trainer who doesn’t just deliver training - you make it memorable. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new hires and developing our team while strengthening our culture of learning and 5-Star Service. This role is based on-site in Fort Myers. The starting salary is $51,000.00, with slight variation possible depending on experience. New hires typically begin at or near this starting rate, based on their qualifications and relevant background.
Requirements
- Associate degree in business, adult learning, or related field; classroom or individual training experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
- Minimum Specialist Level (or equivalent) Tax Collector experience and proficiency with Industry standard applications required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Patient, empathetic, and good understanding of adult learning methods.

Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions for in-person, hybrid and virtual learning environments
- Onboard new hires and help them feel confident from Day One
- Coach employees on technical skills, customer service, and our culture
- Partner with leaders to keep training fresh and impactful
- Provide feedback, track progress, and help continuously improve our training programs
