The Trainer conducts basic or routine in-person and online training for program applications and/or creates/updates basic/routine training materials. These duties and responsibilities may vary based on customer and user needs. The role involves working on routine/basic training course development projects, including scoping required resources and timelines to meet project deadlines with quality results. The Trainer is responsible for clearly communicating technical and non-technical information to beginner users, application owners, and other employees.
