About The Position

As an onsite Trainer III, you will lead classroom training for groups of 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and operational processes. You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
  • Ability to train and engage large groups in a fast-paced environment
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25-30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and assessment results to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production.
  • Support employees during nesting and transition into live operations.
  • Maintain training records, performance reports, and attendance documentation using Excel and other tools.
  • Develop and update training materials, job aids, and classroom content to support learning objectives.
  • Analyze training results and participant feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and business goals.
  • Support floor operations, escalations, and knowledge reinforcement as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards throughout the training process.
  • When necessary, facilitation of online courses is required.
