About The Position

Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Dining Room Server / Trainer position. In this role, you will be responsible for following established meal service standards and workflows, while creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. This position offers student-friendly schedules, scholarship programs, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed
• Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and their guests
• Communicate menu items
• Facilitate food and drink orders using iPads (POS)
• Clear tables, booths, and chairs
• Run food
• Coordinate the delivery of condiments and other service items
• Train new team members
• Support cross training of existing servers
