Responsibilities

Machine, inspect, and assemble products, gaining experience and on the job training until all criteria listed below is met.
Must be familiar with Company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
Be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
Setup and operate most standard machine shop equipment (in line with FLSA guidelines).
Provide general assistance as needed in the machine shop.
General shop cleaning, organization and 5S.
Inspect parts to assure conformance to specification.
Read and understand blueprints, customer specs., and internal documentation
Work well with Machinists.
Other duties as assigned.
