Requirements

• Eager to learn and motivated.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed.
• Hold a valid Class 5 or Class G driver's license (novice Class 7 or G2 driver's licenses are not considered a full driver's license).
• Able to drive a company vehicle to perform tasks autonomously at the client's site, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Team spirit, results-oriented, and ability to multitask.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near you, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement sector is an asset.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care, using our state-of-the-art tools.
• Perform recalibration of the front camera of the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).
• Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards for the installation of glass and other automotive products, and ensure compliance with quality and other company procedures.
• Adhere to and apply Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for the repair and replacement of doors, windows, and windshields.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools.
• Consistently and strictly adhere to the company's health and safety procedures by using the provided safety equipment.
• Ensure company productivity targets are met.
• Represent the customer's interests within our internal procedures, including promptly relaying their feedback and keeping them informed of work progress.
• Seek and identify all opportunities for increased sales (additional products) and development of our business opportunities.
• Demonstrate great professionalism at all times.
• Show great attention to detail to add value wherever possible.
• Maintain genuine relationships with your customers and colleagues.
