About The Position

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in the Dassel, MN area. This role involves providing direct care as a CNA and passing medications as a TMA. Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older
• CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
• TMA (Trained Medication Aide) certificate/ diploma from 48 hour program
• Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.
• Flexibility to work as a CNA and provide direct care as well as TMA passing medications.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as a CNA.
• Pass medications as a TMA.
• Complete charting in electronic medical records systems.
