The CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE has an exciting opportunity for a TRAILER SALES ADMINISTRATOR to join the team. The Trailer Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Trailer and Truck Equipment sales team by processing orders, maintaining customer information and preparing sales reports. The Trailer Sales Administrator will provide coverage for the Finance department as needed. They will work with team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales administration, customer service, or order processing experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and standard office software
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a wholesale, industrial, or distribution environment is an asset.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity between CRM and ERP
  • Enter new items into the ERP and ensure required fields are accurate and complete.
  • Enter Purchase Orders into the ERP and update status as necessary.
  • Review Manufacturer Production reports for accuracy.
  • Confirm customer deposits and report any discrepancies
  • Review open work orders in the ERP.
  • Enter sales orders in the ERP.
  • Prepare sales and margin analysis and maintain costing information.
  • Reconcile accrual differences from closed sales files
  • Support the Inventory Co-Ordinator and Branch sales staff
  • Provide relief to AR, AP and Reception as required
  • Other duties as assigned
