About The Position
This position exists to provide routine and project maintenance to increase the lifespan and reliability of Mid-States’ production trailers.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors year round
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces up to 10 hours a day.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, evaluate and make minor repairs to yard trailers (Non-DOT) including: Replace decking, cross-bracing, gladhands, 5th wheel repair
- Maintain record of trailer inventory log including defects, repair needs and completed repairs.
- Ability to work outdoors year round

- Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces up to 10 hours a day.
