We are currently searching for DOT inspection certified mechanics with 2 to 5+ years of tank trailer repair experience! at our Odessa, TX facility!
Requirements
- DOT inspection certified
- 2 to 5+ years of tank trailer repair experience
- Demonstrated skill in diagnosing failures and making repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
- Demonstrated skill in tank service and repair.
- Demonstrated skill in trailer suspension installation and repair.
- Demonstrated skill with air brake systems and repairs.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat).
Nice To Haves
- TIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
- Perform tank service and repair.
- Perform trailer suspension installation and repair.
- Perform repairs on air brake systems.
- Weld aluminum, stainless or carbon.
- Inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat).
