Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with Service Managers and team members.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Reefer repair experience

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trailers.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Perform brake repairs and air system diagnostics.
• Repair axles and suspensions.
• Conduct wheel-end repairs.
• Perform welding and fabrication.
• Complete trailer body repairs and structural repairs.
• Repair and replace doors.
• Repair roofs, walls, and floors.
• Perform container repairs and modifications.
• Conduct reefer repairs (experience preferred but not required).
