About The Position

This position offers a competitive wage and an outstanding benefits package. The compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $26.00 an hour in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and team spirit is required.
• Ability to drive fork truck, experience preferred but will train.
• Ability to read and understand production sheets, product identities, as well as the ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs from floor to working height as job requires.

Nice To Haves

• Fork truck driving experience preferred but will train.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders, wrapping and filling trailers.
• Understand and practice product rotation.
• Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
• Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
• Work overtime as required.
• All other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
