About The Position

Hotel Equities is seeking a remarkable Trail Runner for the Postcard Cabins, Ozark Highlands in Osceola, Missouri. This position provides cleaning services such as stripping bed linens, prepping the cabin for the housekeeper, collecting trash inside and outside the cabins, cleaning fire pits, rearranging the outside of the cabin, and making sure to maintain the exterior overall look of the cabin. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. This is the perfect job for someone who likes to be outdoors, has an impeccable eye for detail and thrives in a self-directed work situation.

Requirements

• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Good physical health and stamina
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• This position involves continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-50 pounds.
• We look for flexibility with workdays and hours, including working weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and responds to special requests.
• Responds to guest concerns, complaints or suggestions appropriately, refers them to management in support of providing superior guest service.
• May gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal. Assigned areas of the outpost may include guestrooms, hallways, back of house, roadways, woods and offices.
• Maintains privacy and security by properly announcing entry and servicing guestrooms as appropriate.
• Properly uses and maintains assigned equipment and supplies to departmental specifications, including the site vehicle.
• Observes status and maintains common outpost areas.
• Properly maintains the daily log, including accounting for completed tasks, tracking issued keys and reviewing the communications log and file on a routine basis.
• Properly handles lost and found items in accordance with department policies and security procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or matters of significance.
