About The Position

Hotel Equities is seeking a Trail Runner for the Postcard Cabins in Celina, TN. This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service and cleaning services in cabins and common areas to ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience. The pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-50 pounds.
• Flexibility with workdays and hours, including working weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma is a plus.
• Someone who likes to clean, has an impeccable eye for detail and thrives in a self-directed work situation.

Responsibilities

• Prep the cabin interiors by removing trash, stripping linens, and re-stocking provisions.
• Ensure every cabin’s outdoor space is perfectly staged by cleaning and staging the lounge area (fire pit, campfire kit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table), cleaning the cabin exteriors (windows, hitch, and wheels), and removing all trash.
• Respond to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions appropriately and refer them to management.
• Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal in assigned areas which may include cabins, trails, and common areas.
• Properly use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies to departmental specifications, including vacuums, chemicals, and cleaning aides.
