About The Position
REO Plastics, Inc. is a progressive ISO certified custom injection molding company that has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Traffic Lead. The Traffic Lead person monitors deliveries and shipments and oversees all traffic clerks in the performance of their duties.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of lead experience
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be highly motivated and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good computer skills
Responsibilities
- Monitors deliveries and shipments
- Oversees all traffic clerks in the performance of their duties
- Fills in for traffic supervisor when absent
- Trains new employees
- Supervises traffic clerks in the performance of their duties
- Pulls orders for shipments
- Assists supervisor and ensures there is cleanliness and order in the traffic department
