Requirements

Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to obtain Class A CDL (company assistance provided)
Traffic control/flagging certification (ATSSA, IMSA, or similar) preferred or willingness to obtain
Experience with underground utilities, drilling, or piping is a plus
Strong work ethic and dependability
Comfortable performing physical labor (lifting, digging, standing for extended periods)
Interest in construction, equipment operation, or traffic control
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety

Responsibilities

Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, trenchers, and drilling machines
Performing boring, digging, and trenching for underground infrastructure
Installing conduit and underground traffic systems
Assisting with installation of traffic signals, streetlights, and related equipment
Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and utility drawings
Working collaboratively with a team to complete civil construction projects
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
Following all safety procedures and upholding company values
Demonstrating reliable attendance and a strong commitment to the job
