Isett’s transportation services department is looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of Traffic engineering and analysis experience, including PennDOT approval experience, who is ready to take on meaningful projects and help guide the continued growth of the team. You will lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage a variety of transportation projects, and build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients. In this position, you will help deliver a full range of transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients, including: Traffic Impact Studies Safety Studies & Audits Traffic Signal Retiming Traffic Signal design Traffic-calming design School-zone design Intersection design PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP)

Requirements

5 to 15 years of Traffic engineering and analysis experience
PennDOT approval experience
B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
Synchro & HCS Experience
Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in areas such as equipment selection, and cost estimating

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Responsibilities
