The Traffic Performance Analyst works under the supervision of the Risk Manager, and serves as a subject matter expert on all things related to the existing customer traffic health. This role will require background in both telecom/CPaaS fields as well as the regulatory landscape of both global voice and messaging services. This role will include coordinating internal efforts to align the business on key health metrics for both voice and messaging, and manage communication related to the performance of a customer’s traffic on the Bandwidth network.
