About The Position

Directs traffic on and off site in designated areas. Monitors traffic and parking conditions in the self-parking garage, other onsite parking installations, and resort roadways.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services (e.g., changing tires or performing jump starts) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the flow of traffic on site and at approved off site locations.
• Installs and places road cones, signs, and traffic control materials prior to major events or as needed in order to facilitate traffic flow.
• Monitors parking lots and roadways and facilitates traffic flow to ensure onsite parking is maximized and areas are safe.
• Detects and reports suspicious and unlawful activities to immediate supervisor and/or security staff.
• Aids guests as needed (e.g., transport guests between vehicle and resort, assist with baggage, assist with vehicle location, perform minor vehicle service answer general resort questions, contacts roadside services, etc.).
• Assists with valet operations as directed.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
