Responsibilities

• Secure and input traffic instructions for advertisers across multiple stations with surgical precision.
• Use Wide Orbit traffic software to enter detailed copy information and maintain our spot library.
• Work closely with local account executives and clients to ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly and professionally.
• Proactively notify the team of missing instructions and preempt spots when necessary to keep our broadcasts clean and compliant.
• Create and send dub and purge lists to Master Control, routinely cleaning up expired spots to keep our systems lean.
• Download spots from FTP sites and upload them to the GTV folder, ensuring our digital and broadcast content is exactly where it needs to be.
• Finalize logs and send daily email confirmations to keep the entire station synchronized.
