We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage our paid media trafficking process. This role would work across brand teams and platform partners. As a Traffic Manager you will support Edelman's campaign initiatives throughout planning and delivery phases, working with internal stakeholders and external media agency resources to meet and deliver upon campaign objectives. Our media efforts include but are not limited to: TVC, streaming, online video, YouTube, social media, digital display, OOH, custom interactive units, and more. You will also support Production Operations by partnering closely with integrated teams and brand producers to manage upfront approval and project archiving. This will include uploading and organizing production documents within established portals, tracking feedback and approvals, maintaining timelines to ensure a streamlined and efficient review process across all stakeholders, and getting final assets archived onto client portals and internal server systems.
