About The Position

COLTENE has an opening for a Traffic Coordinator at our facility in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and timely coordinating shipments for all domestic and international customer orders. This is an onsite day shift opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 + years traffic experience
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional departments
• Able to communicate with customers via email or phone
• Must be able to deal with stressful situations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment
• Regular and consistent attendance at the facility

Nice To Haves

• Health or Medical Industries experience is beneficial
• FDA & GMP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce documents for all international and domestic orders
• Maintain log of all shipments
• Schedule all incoming/outgoing freight for pickup
• Liaison between Order Entry, Shipping Department and Freight Companies
• Create documents and labels for shipping product
• Knowledge of all procedures and guidelines for shipping hazardous and non-hazardous product in and out of the Continental United States
• Ability to pull or pack finished goods
• Knowledgeable of hazardous materials guidelines and procedures and how to pack hazardous product
