About The Position

Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $15.92 per hour
Requirements
- Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Neat appearance, pleasant personality.
- Ability to give direction in a clear concise manner.
- Ability to drive all types of vehicles.
Nice To Haves
- Valet parking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for expediting traffic flows and directing valet parkers.
- Ensures that the traffic flow in the porte cochere area is smooth and organized.
- Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Directs and instructs patrons to designated areas as needed.
- Notifies doorperson to assist with luggage.
- Will function as needed as a Valet Parker or Ticket Issuer.
- Maintains acceptable appearance and treats guests courteously at all times.
