Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours or more).
Ability to sit for extended periods (approximately 8 hours or more).
Ability to perform fine-motor tasks and use hand dexterity, including tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, and filling out paperwork.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings.
Ability to follow specific directions from a supervisor.
Interest in improving industry knowledge.
Good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ability to operate required motorized hand tools and equipment.
Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements.
Cooperative, team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

Follow specific directions from a supervisor and duties assigned by management or trainers.

Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
