This role involves outdoor, boots-on-the-ground work, setting up safe zones, keeping traffic flowing, and helping build infrastructure. Requirements
- Enjoy working with others and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Understand and adhere to safety rules for roads and work zones.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the team through verbal and written updates.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and walking on uneven ground in various weather conditions.
- Must be available nights and weekends when required.
- Must pass a background check.
- At least 19 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities
- Assist crew leads with everything needed to keep projects on track.
- Set up cones, signs, and posts for safe and efficient work zones.
- Mark layouts with precision.
- Prep, maintain, and handle tools.
- Perform site setup and cleanup, including digging, erecting, organizing, and tidying.
- Use a range of hand and power tools to tackle daily tasks.
- Safely direct traffic and keep drivers and workers out of harm's way.
- Operate company vehicles and respond to calls as a field-ready problem solver.
