About The Position
Assist the Foreman with installing guardrails, permanent signs, and setting up traffic control zones. Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and ensuring proper setup. Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow. Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts. Drive and maintain company vehicles safely on and off job sites. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, adapting to job site needs. Follow all safety and environmental regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Required to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods
- Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions
- Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment
- Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety
