About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
- Strong attention to safety and situational awareness.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous flagging or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Direct and control traffic through construction and work zones.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and fellow flaggers.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices and signage as directed.
- Follow all company safety policies and traffic control procedures.
- Monitor traffic conditions and respond appropriately to changing situations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing US Traffic Control.
