Superior Traffic Control, LLC is seeking dedicated employees to join their team as Traffic Control Apprentices at their Ft. Worth office. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Fine motor skills and hand dexterity (i.e., tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings
- Capable of following specific directions from supervisor
- Interested in improving industry knowledge
- Cooperative, team player attitude
Responsibilities
- Lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Stand for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
- Sit for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Work nights and/or weekends as requested
- Travel out of town as needed (infrequently), provided ample notice (48 hours) is given
- Exhibit good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live traffic
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Operate motorized hand tools and equipment
- Accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
- Follow other duties as assigned by management or trainers
