About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Moomoo as a Trading Specialist, where your passion for finance and technology can thrive. As a Trading Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‐growing presence in the marketplace.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is required
• Strong understanding of trading strategies and investment products, with a focus on serving high-net-worth customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with high-net-worth clients and build strong relationships.
• Ability to handle complex trading inquiries, derivatives, and investment strategies, offering expert support
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with crypto products a plus
• Experience in executing and managing trades across different asset classes and are knowledgeable about regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
• Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
• Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
