About The Position
As a Trading Services Specialist at JPMorganChase, you will support the execution and processing of trade orders and help ensure the smooth operation of the firm's trading and portfolio management businesses. You will build knowledge of market products and trading processes, applying it to address non-routine challenges and improve existing procedures. Team members will monitor and coach you, sharing knowledge and experience to support your development and team performance. The role focuses on continuous improvement: you will develop your understanding of automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and assisting with change initiatives that support strategic plans.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and use automation technologies and apply them to optimize trading operations.
- Understanding of data analysis techniques and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Communication skills to maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with standard office software applications to create and deliver presentations to various organizational levels.

- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the overall trading process, including baseline knowledge of order execution, trade processing, and risk monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Support and process trade orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Learn and use knowledge of market products to monitor asset and cash levels, identifying and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Learn and apply automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations and enhance efficiency and resilience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the trading platform by identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, manage communications, and align operations with the firm's strategic objectives.
