The Trading Partner Solutions Manager is a hybrid, client-facing role responsible for driving strategic engagement, solution adoption and growth with our Trading Partners. Building on analytical insights, this role emphasizes proactive partnership, customer journey mapping and the development of tailored growth strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with the ability to translate data and technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. This individual will work closely with various trading partners, such as clearinghouses, third-party EVV vendors, payers, providers, and state aggregators. This role will set the standard for how HHAeXchange works with Trading Partnehgrs. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Trading Partners, the ideal candidate can interpret complex datasets and communicate clear, actionable business recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to report to the Bloomington, MN office 3 days/week (typically Tues/Wed/Thurs).
