Requirements

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Responsible, dependable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and a desire for long-term employment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good English communication skills required.
Must not have allergies to peanuts or tree nuts.

Nice To Haves

Korean language skills are a plus.
Entry-level applicants are welcome; prior experience in trading or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage import/export (inbound and outbound) logistics and shipping schedules.
Arrange ocean and air freight bookings, and prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation.
Monitor purchase orders (POs) and shipment status from order placement through delivery.
Research market trends, crop conditions, freight rates, and commodity pricing.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders while supporting overall trading operations.
Prepare and maintain trade and logistics reports, records, and statistical data.
