About The Position

This role involves collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store. The primary goal is to keep shelves clean, tidy, and full of well-presented products. The Trading Assistant will also be responsible for serving customers brilliantly, supporting them with questions, and proactively offering help. Other duties include date checking fresh produce and grocery products, assisting across the store as needed, supporting with deliveries, and building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
