About The Position

This position is responsible for completing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the building and grounds are in good working order. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in completing delegated tasks when necessary, including electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The position assists vendors and custodians. The primary challenge for this position involves taking care of rental property with specialized laboratory requirements and knowing how to handle some of the intricacies of that.

Requirements

• Minimum Level of Job-Related Education: certification in several of the trades if possible
• Minimum Amount of Job-Related Experience: 2 years progressive experience in several of the trades
• Minimum Level of any Required Qualifications, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, or any Relevant Knowledge, Job Skill or Equivalent Experience: trade certification
