As a Trades Specialist, you’ll be part of our Commercial Construction field sales team as a virtual employee in your assigned territory. You will achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTER-CABLE brands to our end-user customer base. You will establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through product and services solutions, as well as manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs. You will also teach and mentor your local market team on end-user development processes, including identifying contacts, understanding purchasing processes, and aligning efforts with local teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers. Additionally, you will partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives and maintain and use SalesForce.com as a CRM and planning tool. Communicating successes and failures in a timely fashion is crucial for developing a more streamlined process and future success with key accounts and opportunities.
