Responsibilities

Ensures work sold for Sewer, Electrical, and Plumbing requiring an installer, install crew or permit are prepared, scheduled, and communicated to all relevant parties in a way that minimizes the time from sale to installation.
Ensures all sold installation work is completed, inspected and payment collected upon completion.
Coordinating with/assisting techs to ensure the job scope details, pictures, checklists, and sketches are captured.
Coordinating installers with dispatch to align with customer availability.
Provides frequent updates to customers for pending installs awaiting permitting, inspection or return for work.
Communicates job scope to installers and secures equipment needed.
Verifies municipality requirements and secures permit, bonds, and ensures COI up to date.
Works closely with the department service managers and dispatch to best manage schedule and minimize cancellations.
Ensures installers have appropriate material to execute job, places order with vendor as needed.
