As a Trademark Assistant 1, you’ll play an important role supporting the Legal Department’s Trademark Team by ensuring the accurate handling and organization of trademark information across both domestic and international portfolios. Working under direct supervision, you’ll provide essential administrative and clerical support that helps protect and manage the company’s valuable intellectual property assets. In this role, you’ll spend your days maintaining electronic trademark files, running docket reports, scanning and organizing registration and renewal documents, and assisting with the creation of new trademark prosecution and enforcement files. You’ll collaborate closely with team members and serve as an administrative liaison, helping ensure information flows smoothly and deadlines are met. You’ll also support daily operations through a variety of administrative tasks, including correspondence, invoice processing, report generation, and maintaining procedures and lists. Your attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to accuracy will be key to your success. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured work, values precision, and takes pride in supporting a collaborative legal team.
