•$95,000 - $110,000•Onsite

About The Position

Havenly Brands is building a premier destination for home furnishings, owning brands like Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, Inside, and St. Frank. Havenly, the #1 residential interior design service in America, is leveraging proprietary 3D visualization technology, AI tools for designers, and a customer-facing AI design assistant to transform the home design market. This role is an opportunity to build a category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce. As the Trade Sales & Enablement Manager, you will drive the day-to-day execution of Havenly’s fast-growing trade business. You will translate strategy and analysis into tangible results, rally sales teams, manage account progression, build outreach strategies, and oversee reporting and partnerships with CX and supply chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client retention. You will partner across sales, marketing, CX, supply chain, and RevOps to improve key metrics such as application-to-order conversion, repeat purchase rate, cross-brand shopping, and active account growth. While leadership sets the strategy and targets, this role owns the execution and feedback loop, emphasizing building and automating processes through tooling, dashboards, and alerts rather than manual follow-up. If you are driven by outcomes, enjoy leading a team, and thrive on seeing your work reflected in performance numbers, this role is for you.
