About The Position

This is a 12-week project for a full-time, Monday-Friday position. The role is primarily on-site with some work-from-home flexibility on Fridays. You will be part of a team supporting qualified Data Processors in preparing and documenting data related to 3M's Trade fees that may be eligible for refund. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working with numbers and possess a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include preparing reports and filing records.

Requirements

Must be available Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), especially Excel.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Professional, positive, can-do approach.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable and dependable.
Must be a self-starter, team player and have the maturity and flexibility to both follow instructions and work independently.
High school diploma or the equivalent and some accounting/finance college courses.
2+ years of general office and accounting/finance experience.
History/experience with Data / Clerical functions.
Strong work ethic.
