About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking Trade Operations Coordinators / Technicians to join their dedicated team. This role involves assisting pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, managers, and Trade programs in the daily workflow of dispensing specialty prescription medications to patients or providers, along with other pharmacy-related functions. The position ensures all assigned tasks are completed daily and requires adherence to state and federal laws, REMS programs, and maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy environment. The role also involves contributing to team efforts and conducting job responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years pharmacy experience
  • Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge
  • Knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication
  • Basic math and analytical skills
  • Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
  • Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law
  • Independent worker
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, managers and Trade programs in daily workflow to dispense specialty prescription medications to patients or providers and other pharmacy related functions.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed daily.
  • Practice first call resolution to help health care providers and patients with their pharmacy needs; answering questions and requests.
  • Communicate with patients and physician office staff to resolve issues, answer questions, triage calls to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs.
  • Perform duties as assigned by Manager, Operational Implementation specific to needs of manufacturer relationship (e.g., verifying on label status, offering HUB enrollment opportunities, researching pending patients for updates).
  • Perform activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and compliance with professional practice and patient confidentiality laws.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
