About The Position

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Sr. Specialist to drive in-market execution and accelerate sales performance across key channels. This role will play a critical part in translating brand and business strategies into impactful trade marketing programs that enhance visibility, optimize promotions, and support sustainable growth. The Trade Marketing Sr. Specialist will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, manage promotional calendars, support new product launches, and deliver actionable insights through performance analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical yet creative, highly collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial CPG environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods(CPG) industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with annual business and sales objectives to increase product visibility and sales
  • Execute and evaluate trade promotions, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars by channel, while managing trade marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support key customer initiatives and account-specific programs and with Marketing teams to support new product launches through pricing strategy, promotional planning, and in-market execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customers need to develop trade marketing strategies and identify potential opportunities.
  • Analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and market data to drive actionable insights
