About The Position

The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of B2B marketing initiatives that drive engagement, bookings, and loyalty within the travel advisor community. This role plays a critical part in managing marketing platforms, executing campaigns, and ensuring all trade-facing communications are accurate, optimized, and aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, AJO, Salesforce, GA4, CMS platforms, Asana)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • US passport or green card

Responsibilities

  • Plan, quality assurance (QA) and execute all B2B email campaigns across marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, AJO), ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaign objectives
  • Develop and manage weekly Trade communications, recommending relevant content tied to promotional campaigns, product updates, and key business priorities
  • Support the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns in alignment with Sales, Trade Engagement, and Integrated Marketing teams
  • Manage and optimize marketing platforms and tools used to engage the Trade audience, including email systems, landing pages (MSC Book), and campaign tracking (UTMs, performance dashboards)
  • Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement trends) and provide reporting with actionable insights to improve future marketing effectiveness
  • Review, localize (in partnership with our creative team and design agency), and maintain Trade marketing collateral (flyers, toolkits, digital assets), ensuring messaging consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
  • Partner with Corporate teams to adapt global assets and campaigns for the North American Trade audience
  • Coordinate marketing support for Trade events, sponsorships, and activations, including collateral development, asset distribution, and post-event follow-up strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support key initiatives, promotions, and business-driving opportunities within the Trade channel
  • Assist in managing promotional and marketing assets, including vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and fulfillment support
  • Maintain organized workflows and project tracking across platforms (e.g., Asana), ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
