What You’ll Do: • Lead and oversee daily operations of the electrical service department.• Manage, train, and develop a team of service technicians to meet revenue and quality goals.• Create service pricing, manage inventory, and oversee departmental organization.• Ensure permits, inspections, and code compliance are completed accurately.• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction across the team.• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.• Support technicians in the field and assist with complex customer projects.
