Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members Cultivate a dynamic, ethical Sales Culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers Manage a P&L; responsible for department hitting revenue and gross operating profit budget targets Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and Performance Reviews Oversee department dispatchers and ensure right techs get sent to right calls Create technician work schedule Review and approve department payroll Handle all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc. Create, Establish and Maintain a positive Work Environment Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures. What you need: Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills Residential Plumbing Experience, Required 2+ years of Management Experience, Required Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record Must pass a motor vehicle, background check and drug screen - subject to applicable law.
